Security support

Security support for people travelling in high-risk areas.

Escort, secure transport, relocation and medical evacuation, arranged by SARI.

What we arrange

Secure movement

Moving people safely between airports, cities, field sites and borders, planned from current incident data.

  • Secure transport with vetted drivers, in soft-skin and, where available, armoured vehicles
  • Escort, unarmed, and armed only where lawful in that country
  • Airport and border-crossing meet and greet
  • Journey plans, check-ins and movement monitoring by the SARI GSOC

Accommodation and sites

Checking where your people sleep and work before they arrive.

  • Accommodation security assessments
  • Site security assessments
  • Site safety assessments by certified occupational health and safety experts, on site or remote
  • Pre-arrival briefing from SARI

Medical and evacuation

Medical support that reaches your traveller, with the route to care agreed in advance.

  • 24/7 medical assistance line and remote medical advice
  • Ground ambulance access and a vetted hospital network in each country
  • Air ambulance and medical evacuation to a regional centre of care
  • Medical repatriation

Relocation and crisis

A SARI team on call when something goes wrong, with partners already briefed.

  • Emergency relocation and evacuation by road, with safe-haven support
  • Local crisis support, including liaison with authorities and hospitals
  • 24/7 GSOC on call for incident management
  • After-action review and plan updates

How it works

01Tell us the trip

Who is travelling, where, when and for how long.

02We assess and plan

SARI assesses the risk from current STRAT-i data and sends you a written journey plan.

03We arrange the support

Delivered directly or through a vetted local partner, under a written task order.

04We monitor and review

The GSOC watches the task and is your single point of contact until it ends.

  • Current public liability and employer’s liability insurance, plus medical malpractice cover for medical partners
  • No sanctions listing for the company, owners or directors, and agreement to SARI’s due diligence screening

Priced per mission

Quoted per mission, with rates and response times agreed before any task starts. Journey plans, assessments and crisis planning are quoted with the mission. Escort, relocation and extraction sit outside subscription tiers.

Before you ask

Can we use it alongside a STRAT-i subscription?

Yes, and most clients do. The journey plan is built from the same data you already use.

Will the escort be armed?

Only where it is lawful in that country, with valid permits, and where your own security policy allows it. Not every task needs an escort, and we will say so.

How quickly can support start?

A planned task needs a few working days for assessment and briefing. For an urgent need, contact the GSOC and we will tell you what is possible.

Who is responsible if something goes wrong?

Roles, responsibilities and insurance are set out in the agreement before any task starts. The GSOC manages the incident while it is happening.
